Summer is winding to a close, which means Trail Days are coming to an end. On Saturday, September 15th please join Co-Hosts - the Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce & The Nest (Collective Workspace) - for the final Trail Days event of the summer: the annual Lakes Basin Cleanup, held in conjunction with the Great Sierra River Cleanup.

Meet your local Trail Crew at the Horseshoe Lake parking lot at 8:30 a.m. for a delicious free bagel breakfast provided by Old New York Deli and Bagel. The day of work will be followed by a gourmet lunch brought to you by Volunteer Eastern Sierra and Bleu Handcrafted foods, along with raffle prizes, and lots of great giveaways! 

Please dress for trail work. Closed-toe shoes and long pants required; walk, bike ride or carpool if you can.   • When: Saturday, September 15, 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
  • Where: Meet at the Horseshoe Lake parking lot for a free bagel breakfast, safety talk, and work assignments.
  • What: Work efforts will include trail maintenance, landscape restoration and serious cleanup.
  • Who: Volunteers of all ages and abilities are welcome! Please dress for trail work: sturdy, close-toed shoes, hat, and long pants. Gloves and tools provided.
