MLTPA's Five-Year Strategic Plan spells out our staffing needs. Our team is organized as directors working in collaboration with, and at the direction of, the Chief Executive Officer. The role and responsibilities of each position are identified in its job description.
MLTPA is currently looking to hire an Operations Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day operations, budget preparation and management, grant management, and staffing of MLTPA. Three years of fiscal, administrative, accounting, office management, information technology, HR, or personnel management experience required. The following will also be important: demonstrated familiarity and experience with computer platforms and software, especially Microsoft Office; demonstrated familiarity and experience with online tools including content management systems (CMS); cloud based data storage systems; and online employee time tracking software.
