MPRR: Mobility Plan Resources Report

Project Description: After the Ranch Road Gate debacle, and before MLTPA was formally organized, local citizens who were to form the core of MLTPA put together a resources report for the benefit of several commissions and members of Town staff who were meeting to discuss the Town's Draft Mobility Plan. Several important MLTPA projects grew directly out of the Mobility Plan Resources Report (MPRR): the MLTPA GIS Inventory Contract (MLTPA GIC); the Public Meeting and Strategic Conference (2006); and, with time, all of the important data resources used in the final draft of the Town of Mammoth Lakes Trail System Master Plan 2008. A key component of the MPRR were site visits to several of Mammoth Lakes' peer resorts during the summer of 2006, documented in the photo galleries below and conducted at the citizens’ own expense.
