Snowcreek VIII Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR)

Project Description: "The Project consists of adoption by the Town of the Snowcreek VIII, Snowcreek Master Plan Update - 2007 (2007 Master Plan) to revise the Updated Master Plan for Snowcreek at Mammoth (1981 Master Plan), which was an update of the original Snowcreek Master Plan (1974 Master Plan). The 2007 Master Plan or Project addresses proposed build-out of the remaining Snowcreek Master Plan area (i.e., Snowcreek VIII) and is intended to fulfill the vision of the previously approved master plans. The Project proposes the development of 850 residential dwelling units, 400 Hotel rooms/suites, and up to 75,000 square feet for non-residential uses on a total of approximately 237 acres." – from "Summary of the Proposed Project"
